Hello all,

Usually when I see what appears to be spam or junk emails I simply erase them. Offers for just about everything under the sun. The other day I decided to see how many were from real companies with real offers. I stopped at 50 sites I thought were suspicious. ALL FAKE!!!

I simply replied to the email! A real eye opener. They were virtually ALL from fake email addresses. That means to me that the links therein were fake and no doubt phishing attempts.

So, even if you are just a little curious, treat them as fake and DON’T TRY ANY OF THE LINKS.

You’ll probably wing up on a fake spam site in Russia or Nigeria or some such place.

A word to the wise. YIKES.

Just here and there. Trying to find a few buyers. A lot seem to be in hiding.

It's ridiculous how many spam emails we get. Thanks for the warning.

Hello Jon - the "delete" key can be quite powerful.  In and away from the keyboard too.

Unknown senders of emails with links they expect me to click are in for a dissapointment.

I got one the other day from someone who is supposed to be an old friend. Yet the email address that accompanied the name was totally wrong. Wanted me to click to see an old photo. Not a chance!
