April was an incredible month, who said real estate is slow! Our NW Coldwell Banker office crushed it with an incredible 28 agents eligible for the April Million Dollar Club by listing, writing business or closing sales of 1 million or more! We are adapting to the shift in the market of longer days on market, lower list prices, and increased inventory (although not by much). It’s exciting to see everyone's hard work in servicing their clients is paying off.
Our office wrote 69 contracts for a volume of $45.8M, with an average sales price of $663,000. We took 45 listings for a total of $40M, with an average sales price of $754,000. We closed 44 contracts for $27.3M with an average sold price of $662,000 plus 27 leases closed! April was a busy month!!!
