How can you comply with state law in Florida a violation of fair housing laws

You may or not have heard this last week about a new law in Florida

Just a reminder to everyone we arent allowed as Realtors to follow the law just passed in Florida by our house, senate and governor.

If you are a Realtor you have agreed to these duties to your fellow Realtor and the buying and selling public along with requirements to follow federal fair housing laws.

Looking at the most recent history of the governor if it was anyone else it would be more concerning as they might get somewhere with it but this one seems to just move on to the next headline.

Lets hope this is the case but really the timing during Asian American Pacific Islander Heritage Month seems childish
