When you rent, you're paying a mortgage.
You're just unfortunately paying your landlord's mortgage...not your own.

Why not pay your own mortgage?

The 2023 San Diego Market...
it is largely cheaper to own than rent.
You live in the payment not the price!
 
 
 
 
It's an amazing time to sell your move-in ready homes!
You most likely have a ton of equity to help you buy up or cash out.
If you are not in move-in ready condition, then price it right or you'll still sit.
Many buyers are loan-rich / cash-poor and most buyers of any financing don't
want to buy your deferred maintenance!
The stats below are why we're not seeing an increase of foreclosures,
in fact we've seen decrease to lowest in 18 years!
 
 
 
I keep getting told by "savvy" San Diegan-Buyers " sitting on hold to buy" ...
who say that they are waiting for the flood of foreclosures coming.
Coming from where? There are less foreclosures today than in 2005!

Wayne Martin yes, while it's true some have fled, including many of my sellers, we have no shortage of those relocating here daily.
Plus, we prefer those that want to live here and not bitch about...the whiners are the ones that tend to leave LOL. Love it or Leave it.
