Well, my cooking is a chilled cucumber/chicken broth/yogurt soup with crabmeat topping ---- not "cooked" actually - but I'm slicing and dicing and reflecting on the good news in yesterday's Palm Beach Post. You've heard about all these vacant / dark single family home communities sitting in silent contemplation of their fate? Yesterday's article focused on a new 1700-home community to be started soon (yes! even in this market) because it's thought that from conception to permitting to completion, it will take a good two years and the market will have recovered by then.
