NOVA BROKERS is Short sale Certified and I have been doing short sales for over 15 years. If anyone knows anyone that thinks they owe more than their home is worth and needs to sell and lives in Maryland or Virginia just call, text or email me for info. Sometimes people are surprised how much their home is worth and don't need the short sale option. Short sale options have benefits if this type of sale is needed.

With many banks still sitting on distressed properties it offers homeowners under water an opportunity to get it sold before the banks pull it away.
Yes, I agree. It helps for them to sell short sale and depending on their situation that can get some money from the lender to assist in move out expenses.
