Maui real estate stats - highest prices YTD April 2023

The south shore - Kihei, Wailea, Makena - is where you'll find most of these expensive luxury houses and condos, which are second or third homes for many people.  Most will be oceanfront or beachfront properties. 

The resort areas enjoy great weather with lots of sunshine, year round.  Maui is definitely a playground for the rich!
