Bonita Springs Estero Florida Market Reports June 2023
The heat is on and we've had one of our first summer rains including the rainbow grand finale. It's been a busy winter for real estate in spite of the hurricane repairs that needed to be done. Many of the condos on Bonita Beach are still not habitable but coming along! Many of the waterfront homes in the river basin have been repaired. A few homes have been torn down to make way for newer, higher structures.
Our next busy home buying season is over long weekends such as Memorial Day and then July 4th launches a summer buying season for buyers who are looking for their "winter" property for 2024. If that is what your plans are know that we are off-season right now so you may have a little negotiating power before and between those dates.
