Hi Lise... I remember, Clydes. I've also eaten at Martin's Tavern. Would love to check out Filomena as I love Italian food. Trying to remember the name of a little Italian restaurant I used to go to in the 1960's in Georgetown, but can't seem to do so.

Lise Howe hi Lise... I suspect that's true in many places. There are a number of restaurants I loved in Charlotte that were iconic and no longer exist. Same in New York City.

Hi lise- Clydes was the first restaurant we went to in Georgetown. Our friend came in to celebrate his 40th birthday and we ate there, then took a drive around DC to see the monuments at night.
