Some Homes are being Sold too low when not priced right.
Lots of home sales under contract are falling through.
Yes, there are deals out there for buyers.

WHAT DO THESE TRENDS MEAN: In general it is when things do not go right that a buyer or seller "learn a lesson" in dealing in this market. Both Buyers and Sellers are seeing that Experience matters when it comes to getting good results. It is easier to find a buyer than it is to get the sale to close. Banks are tightening their lending practices. Appraisers are being tougher on homes. Home Inspection results can be asking for more from the seller than ever.
