Taste of Charlotte Festival 2023 Returns June 9-11

EAT... MEET... DRINK... PLAY...

   

Food FestivalTaste of Charlotte, has been one of Charlotte's most popular annual food, wine and beer festivals since 1998. It returns this  coming Friday, June 9th and runs through Sunday, June 11th. The event takes place from 11:00 am till 11:00pm on Friday and Saturday, and from 11:00 am till 6:00 pm on Sunday. And don't forget to bring the whole family on Sunday as Sunday is Family Fun Day at the Taste of Charlotte Festival.

 

Taste of Charlotte is a 3-day festival featuring samples from area restaurants along with  live music, interactive children’s activities, performances, and unique shopping at the local artisan MarketPlace.

 

Taste of Charlotte takes place at Truist Field (home of the Charlotte Knights baseball field) at 324 S Mint Street. If you're on the south side of Charlotte it's very convenient to ride the Lynx Line into town for the festival and there'll be no parking headaches once you're in Uptown Charlotte!

Taste of Charlotte is an outdoor event and you can wander from booth to booth sampling and enjoying culinary delights prepared by some of Charlotte's most popular eateries/restaurants. 

 

Be sure to check out the Taste of Charlotte Artisan MarketPlace--boutique-style open air shopping, featuring handcrafted designs and gifts... perfect for some early holiday shopping while enjoying great food!

 

ENTERTAINMENT SCHEDULE FOR TASTE OF CHARLOTTE 2023

 

If you're already making plans for the upcoming weekend...  why not include this event and have yourself a delicious Taste of Charlotte? Admission is free; you can buy coins to purchase food along the route. If you've never been, why not join 100,000+ of your fellow Charlotteans? Joan Cox hi Joan... Taste of Charlotte is an outdoor event... no reservations needed... just a lot of patience with crowds. For Charlotte's two restaurant weeks in January and July you do need reservations and we try to participate.

I am very conscience about my weight and if I hit 152 I feel like a disgusting fat pig. When it happens I totally fast, no food what so ever, for up to 10 days Nina Hollander, Broker . What ever it takes to reset to 140 - 145 lbs before I take a bite of anything.

Years ago I attended Taste of Chicago which had not yet grown to the huge numbers as in later years. I am not a big fan of crowds unless I can find a quiet place and watch all those folks.

Leanne Smith the last time I attended Taster of Charlotte, it was wall to wall people and a hot day... no where to find a quiet place. But everyone certainly looked like they were having a fabulous time.

Dorie Dillard Austin TX hi Dorie... so many people come to Taste of Charlotte, they couldn't accommodate the demand in one day. They could probably fill it up for four or five days, but it's hard to close down that many city streets for so many days in the center of town.
