Founded in 2009, the Oahu SPCA was the first (and is still the only) 501(c)(3) No-Kill Animal Shelter in Hawaii. We are dedicated to rescuing Oahu's homeless pets and humanely reducing the population of animals on the streets through our low cost spay & neuter services. We are committed to serving the needs of the people and animals in Honolulu County and across the state of Hawaii.
