On June 1, 2023, Realtor.com reported the fallowing nationwide median weekly housing trends for the week ending May 27, 2023.

Total available listings jumped 18.0% for the week ending May 27, 2023, from the same period of time in May of 2022.

Time on the market gained 13 days for the week ending May 27, 2023,  from the same period of time in May of 2022.

Median listing prices increased 0.8% for the week ending May 27, 2023,  from the same period of time in May of 2022.

New listing in the market down 20.0% for the week ending May 27, 2023, from the same period of time in May of 2022.
