Sandpoint Realty 'Monday Motivation' is not so much motivational as it is something to enjoy, none the less...

Sandpoint Realty Monday Motivation Summer Day

With the first Monday of June and the temperatures growing warmer this fits all to well.  This morning as leaving for the office I could not help but shake my head.

The grass already overgrown and seems but 2 or 3 days ago I spent hours with the lawnmower.  It is definitely a love / hate relationship with that particular tool.  lol

Hello Mark, I would add that it could be raining so you can not mow  LOL.  My grass is getting so high because of all the rain this past week.

Funny you mention this.  I just did a short reel noting the importance of taking advantage of the non rain 'windows' or else we be haying!  Here's hoping you get a window.  mdm

Good afternoon Mark,

I had to chuck at this because it is so try IF you have a lawnmower! LOL! I have yard people so haven't had a lawn mower in many years! Love your tie in to real estate!

Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint-Idaho I am very anal about my grass, so a broken lawnmower would not be a good thing.  🤪

Hi Mark- we've had lawn services for years but when we returned to Houston, Larry wanted to start doing our lawn again. He gets a lot of satisfaction from doing it and he likes the exercise he gets. You're right, though, Larry mowed this weekend and it looks as if the grass has grown several inches already.

You should not even need ask Endre.  I think I went thru a period not that far back that I missed your posts on my timeline just out of not being there at the right time.  I manage my time in AR by alotting a certain amount of time to comment and reading each day.  I find I can get the most done by staying within my 'followed' post feeds.  If I do not catch certain favorites, as yourself, it is not purposeful.  My time seems/seemed to be running away from me and I have put systems in to try help a bit.  Always enjoy your posts and will continue to do so.  Thank you for stopping by.  Mar

If your weather is like ours, things grow like crazy in the wet spring! My issue is the weeds - we've got huge thistles and other noxious weeds. I must have pulled out thousands last year and there are just as many back now. argh.

LMAO...I fixed that problem in my head.  Green is green and cut back neatly works on weeds and grass alike.  Problem solved.  mdm
