It’s MOVING DAY for More Reasons Than One!
A referral from a trusted source began the journey of searching for a forever home for a buyer client. The Wants and Needs List was reasonable, specifying an updated, open floor plan, one level, two to three bedrooms with an office, a 3-car garage if possible, within a 55+ active, adult community.
The process of elimination came into play when viewing several homes, shifting from a smaller living space to a slightly larger one. With family members and friendly support, a property was selected, negotiated, quickly going under contract with a specified timeline to close and record.
Due diligence began, a home inspector was chosen, resolution reached, title work performed and the property recorded with the County. The excitement was palpable as moving day became reality. A small group of us unloaded the packed, U-Haul truck in record time. In and out, repeat!
As one who enjoys the process and appreciates the beginning of a business relationship that eventually turns to trust between parties and home advisor, it means much more than just another sales transaction. My client gave me a sincere, big hug, thanking me for the helpful guidance.
It moved me almost to tears, the kind words spoken. Another successful home sale closed and recorded with the happy buyer excited, no, make that ecstatic, to start a new chapter here in the St. George, Utah area!
