Where There's Fire There's Smoke
The wildfires in Canada are causing a lot of destruction and its effects are being felt across the Eastern part of our country.
Here in New England, the smoke has made its presence known, and the air quality has been terrible. On any given day there is the smell of burning wood in the air.
This evening, we had an overcast sky, and the haze was heavy.
At 5:30 we had a most unusual view of the sun through the haze.
What should have been a typical sun getting ready to set, but not for another couple of hours was an orange ball.
Mother Nature can't be pleased with the effects of the fire on her sky.
