They also make delicious margaritas with freshly squeezed lime juice and homemade agave. Because the restaurant is so busy, there is frequently a one- to two-hour wait.
Laguna Beach is also dedicated to community development, administrative services, police, fire, and maritime safety. Laguna Beach is governed by a council-manager system. A five-member City Council is in charge of policy and legislation. The City Manager implements the City Council's policies and regulations, administers the City's day-to-day operations, and hires department heads.
