Chelsea, Kensington Classics, Kensington Commons, Kensington Gardens, Kensington Glen, Kensington Green, Knightsbridge, Parkwood, Sanctuary, and Vanderbilt Estates are among its model developments. The Chelsea model features four to five bedrooms and two to four baths and is 2,469 to 3,491 sqft. A Kensington Commons model has four to six bedrooms and two to four bathrooms. It ranges in size from 2,241 to 4,026 sqft. If you're looking in the Kensington Gardens neighborhood, you'll find four to five-bedroom homes with two to three bathrooms. This home model ranges in size from 2,292 to 3,578 sqft. The Kensington Glen Area has four to five bedrooms, three baths, and is 2,504 to 2,584 sqft. Moving from Kensington Glen to Green, your options will be more limited but equally gorgeous. You'll enjoy four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a 2,300-square-foot home. Kensington North is comparable but larger at 2,430 sqft. Kensington Manor houses are smaller, with only three bedrooms and 2,062 sqft. A 1,910 to 2,024 sqft house in the Knightsbridge area features three to four bedrooms and two baths. The Sanctuary is the last model, with three to five spacious bedrooms and two to three baths. They range in size from 1,747 to 2,828 sqft. The most recent houses in the community are the Chelsea and Kensington Manor models, which were finished in 2001. The streets of Kensington are lined with mature trees, and many residences have private pools.

Kensington is bordered by Sawgrass Expressway up north, Coral Springs Drive to the east, Wiles Road to the south, and Coral Ridge Drive to the west.
