Good Tuesday morning, Melanie. A price reduction is often the best move.

Have a great day and a very productive week.

Melanie Cameron from a Loan Originator's prospective, seller concession  are a far better option.  At todays interest rates every $1,000 price reduction is only about a $7 reduction in the monthly payment, where as every $1,000 seller concession can make a big difference in the closing costs.

Melanie, in Denver with the higher rates, sometimes a seller concession is better to buy down the rate.

I totally agree with George Souto . Buyers are shown a concession can help them get more mileage and more bang for the buck given.
