Franklin homes for sale - The number of home closings have slightly decrease by 2% in the last 12 months and median sales prices have remained flat. 

  • 186 Franklin homes sold during the month of  May 2023 compared to 191  for the same period last year
  • 327 Franklin homes are currently listing in the Nashville MLS as available for purchase giving us a 2 months supply.
  • 354 homes are currently under contract
  • the median sales price for homes sold during the month of May was $950,000 compared to $951,000 last year 
  • the average list price to sales price ratio for Franklin Tn homes sold in May was 98% compared to 105% last year.
