DFW and surrounding counties May 2023 Market Report
Happy almost summer! If you are in DFW currently, the humidity has been pretty brutal these last few days. Next week starting Sunday we will hit triple digits for the first time. Let me know if you want me to set you up with a search for a house with a pool or lakefronts!

Buyers have been choosing from less inventory as sellers are holding onto their homes and their 3% interest rates. Some buyers also are not wanting to buy a home with a 6% interest rate either(my first house was 6.5%!) If you are a buyer and the numbers work, take advantage of the equity you will be building over the next few years. Rates will not be back into the 3% range for a long while. Those were HISTORIC lows!
