       3. The minute a seller knows more about your business than you do, you lose.


4. Every human being remembers more of what they see and hear, than what they just hear.  All salespeople that work for Fortune 500 Companies have planned presentations and use visuals.


5. Talking is not selling. Good salespeople have mastered the art of asking questions and listening.  They know that God gave them one mouth and two ears for a very good reason.
