Business Tip Of The Day 
Realize that fear isn't real and you don't have to allow fear to be a factor in your business.  Knowing what to say and how to say it will banish most of those fears.  Practice is key, no professional in any field gets where they are without practice, and neither can we. 


Remember when handling objections, people don't care how much we know until they know how much we care.  You've got to put their needs, wants, and desires ahead of your own.  Great listening skills will lead to this.  Instead of being battle ready, be compassionate and interested when talking with your clients.  Come from a place of true care and concern.  Asking lots of great questions will enable you to learn more about them and also puts you in the driver's seat of the conversation.  I've always taught my agents, great selling isn't about TELLING the client anything, it's about asking great questions.

 

The more you inquire about the seller and their situation, the better chance you have of getting their business and gaining their trust and confidence.  It's been proven that people love to talk about themselves

 

Put the people first and the money will come....
