Katerina Gasset AI Marketing for Real Estate
This week's Zoom call was presented by Katerina Gasset and was timely as it was on AI and marketing for Real Estate.
With the rapid evolution of AI, it was timely as she offered so much information in such a quick span of time and the attentiveness of the listeners was obvious.
She opened her presentation by talking about here recent completion of an AI course offered by Digital Marketer. She has been connected to the founder of this platform since early in 2007 as she learned about SEO under his tutelage. This company offers courses and certificates in all manner of internet marketing to help people with their businesses.
Katerina is so committed to her learning and making her teams the strongest that they can be that they must all take the same marketing class to better serve the team and their clients.
She talked about the various Apps that have been launched to enable use of Artificial Intelligence. Jasper and ChatGPT being the first.
She started her AI with Jasper and subsequently went over to ChatGPT.
She discussed the use of these platforms as a way of getting help with marketing, and specifically for emails to have them be more personal and not look structured.
As Google holds dominance on the Internet, even though they get some small level of competition from others.
Google Chrome is the browser that one needs to use in order to get to use ChatGPT.
Google's dominance is so strong that already over 2/3's of Americans use their browser and within 3 years it will be almost exclusive within our country.
This is a phenomenal platform with its dominance being seen in such a short period of time and it will grow further with advances and growth of AI.
This is seen when one considers the initial slow growth of the Internet and now it is so involved in lives worldwide.
She discussed the manner of its operation being with tokens and how they relate to characters, which is what we find more for familiarity.
Katerina spent some quick snippets of time to discuss the different extensions available that can add to the use of ChatGPT.
Many on the list are currently free or have extensions that are quicker but involve a monthly fee.
The list at the right are extensions that she has viewed and tried and find to be of interest.
All require time to get familiar with as well as deciding which may help when creating posts to do marketing.
She did acknowledge that she only recently became familiar with them but has seen people using them so will get more familiar to have them available to her.
She reiterated that many of them are currently free so getting familiar with them while they are free is advisable.
Prompt Storm is one that she found interesting especially as she can use it to write listing descriptions. She cautioned that by offering as much information on a listing upfront as possible will allow the app to write a quality description. She talked about a client that called so excited for the way her house was going to be shown with the detail in the description.
She discussed the concern people associated with real estate have with the evolution of AI and the fear that consumers won't need to talk to agents or loan officers in the future.
This was because of the launch of new apps by Google intended to get straight to consumers. These apps currently have no desire to get into that and Google has launched a presentation on Google Keynote, that describes their intents. As the owners of Google, Alphabet appreciate the revenue stream they enjoy with users, they have no intention of losing that source of revenue.
Katerina then went into discussions on some of the experiences have had with some of the ways the apps are using content designed and developed by specific users and offering it to others.
She discussed a writer of children's books that requested specific artwork for her books on Midjourney, and then was told she could not copyright them. 'That was ultimately reversed as her content was specific to her book.
She spent time discussing the manner of information that could be generated with some of the AI apps.
With practice, the quality of information and detailed can be improved to make ones work much more professional and can be more professional looking.
She then pulled up one of here search engines on Google to discuss and demonstrate how it would look.
The topic was: Why dogs love to play with tennis balls. AI then searched for the answer. The 3 photos on the right were 3 websites that AI used for the answer. These are the areas where bloggers need to appear so that Google will gather it. This is a matter of using long tail searches, so that it will get prime position.
This is the way it is presented on a computer screen. On a phone, just the dialogue on the left is visible.
The screen at left is how the answer would be presented in ChatGPT
It was a fast paced, presentation and she kept the audience's attention so well that few questions were even raised during the call.
Katerina strongly suggested that we get started on ChatGPT so as to understand how it works and how we can use it to generate content for our blogs.
There is so much to what can and will be done with AI's future calls either with Katerina or someone else equally as qualified will be surely appreciated.
