This was another one of my fun deals.

The seller is a long time client that I do quite a few deals (and flips) with. About a year ago she told me she HATED living with an HOA and wanted a riverfront home with no HOA.

We found a beautiful property on the west side of the Intracoastal Waterway in Cocoa, FL (she now has about 4 acres on the river with great views of the rocket launches). We set about doing some updates to sell her existing house in Merritt Island. In a few short days we were under contract with a great offer!

We just closed this 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 3000sqft pool home with wonderful river views. The newer roof, newer AC, huge island kitchen, 3 car oversized garage, outdoor kitchen, screened in pool and California Closets made this a real winner!
