Montrose Colorado June 08 Sales Numbers

Here are the June 2008 Homes Sale numbers. Also first 6 month comparisons for 08/07/06.   

1. June 2008: 48 Homes Sold.  Avg Days on Mkt: 135  Avg Price of a Home : $243,769

2. June 2007: 75 Homes Sold.  Avg Days on Mkt : 144  Avg Price of a Home : $239,030    

The following is the first 6 months of each of the last 3 years for comparison.

2008: Sold 248     DOM  154    Avg Price  $227,773

2007: Sold 349     DOM  135    Avg Price  $227,610

2006: Sold 417     DOM  147    Avg Price  $205,714
