AI is all the buzz but do you really know how it can help you? I have to admit I am not particularly fond of AI, hence I am not even a fan of Tessla's, but maybe that's because I am scarred from the Matrix. Sometimes I wonder if I am laying in a bed or shoved into a fish tank with tubes and wires to sustain my brain power and energy. But if there's anything I've learned in my ___ years on this earth, if we aren't growing, we're dying. So I guess I'll work on my attitude about this.
I was challenged to think about how AI could benefit my life, personally or professionally. The first thing I thought of was how it could save me if I fall. I am not THAT old but I am that clumsy! (I guess my daughter knows where she got it from, hahaha!)
Then I thought about how it could help me with pre-planning my at home preferences when I get home from a busy day of work. But that seemed quite lazy. Then I thought about it being able to help me keep up with text and email responses. But I think we already have predictive writing.
Thinking a bit harder, I would like to lose some weight, be fit, and be healthier. So I think I would like the AI to be able to pre-order my food and have it delivered so I'd not be tempted to order something I shouldn't; to pre-set my TV to channels that help with physical or mental health like motivational talks or other inspirational items (well, Alexa since it could be audio too). Lastly, to get a good night's rest, to pre-set my Alexa, again TV or Alexa, night meditations that would program my thinking towards better life choices.

While none of these (except the predictive writing) might seem very business like, it is, because life balance is key to being a successful person. Period.
