What Makes You Exceptional?

It is estimated that in the United States alone, there are OVER 3 MILLION real estate agents, with over 1 million REALTORS. While the number of US adults that are real estate agents is somewhere around ~.75-1%, it should be noted that there are estimated to be just about ~20,000 cities, towns, and villages in the US, with about three quarters of these areas having populations of 5,000 or fewer people. This means that to succeed and thrive in real estate, it’s important to stand out amongst a crowd!
Over the years as a lender I’ve worked with many agents and some stand out more than others with parts of their process, the way they communicate, or their follow up. I’ve noticed that some of the highest producing agents I’ve worked with tend to have unique processes, scalable procedures, and some really cool “wow” factors.
This month, we want to know how you stand out and provide an experience for your customers that is exceptional amongst your industry peers? Do you have scripts or procedures that allow you to scale while providing rock-star-level service? A concierge experience? An awesome post-settlement process? And if you don’t have anything truly exceptional, what’s something you could implement to stand out in a good way from others in your local market?
