Be advised that many city streets will be blocked off to create safety zones so plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early for events.. Attendees should plan to arrive and park at least 1 hour prior to dark, and respect residential parking laws.

It’s especially important during this extreme drought that people obey the law and refrain from setting off any individual fireworks of any kind in Santa Clara County. Only Gilroy, allows the sale of “safe and sane fireworks”, and said fireworks must only be used in Gilroy. Possession of any fireworks outside of Gilroy carries steep fines, so enjoy one of the city-sponsored fireworks displays.

Good morning Michelle. May all the anti-pollution activists stay in their homes and are unhappy while true Americans are watching firework shows! Enjoy the festivities.
