Top of the morning Nina. Charlotte continues to weather the ??? storm quite well. I used question marks in describing the storm for lack of something better than BS. lol Enjoy the rest of your week. mdm
Mark Don McInnes, Sandpoint-Idaho hi Mark... everyone kept predicting a market crash... clearly that has not happened. The market is gradually normalizing but until we have more than 1.3 months of inventory it will remain a strong market favoring sellers. Wishing you a wonderful Wednesday.
Joan Cox hi Joan... Millbridge amenities are beyond amazing. We have a number of communities with excellent amenities, but Millbridge seems to top them all.
Hi Nina- what I love about your market reports for Millbridge Homes in Waxhaw is that it is so thorough. We have a good idea not just of what's going on but about the community as well.
Kathy Streib thanks, Kathy. I feel if I'm going to go to the trouble of doing market reports, they should be like a 3-course meal and not just an appetizer. For those looking for an appetizer, they can get it here. But for those who want to know more, they get everything. And of course, if they didn't they can always call me.

Nina when I say Days on market like this, I just shake my head no time to do anything it comes on the market you better be ready to pull the trigger, Endre
Nina Hollander, Broker - 100% at list is a good sign because it appears to be more normal and it isn't going backwards but rather forward to continue home sales for the right reasons and right price.
Endre Barath, Jr. good morning, Endre. We clearly have neighborhoods that are in huge demand and in short supply. But even the 16-county Charlotte region has nothing to apologize for. In June our DOM were 29 days and those days were down 5 days from May, which were down 5 days from April.
Patricia Feager, MBA, CRS, GRI,MRP thanks for making my day with your comment! At the end of the day, if there's little inventory and your price, stage, and market a home right, it will sell at a premium.
Nina Hollander, Broker - I concur. I'm reminded of one of Frank Sinatra's last great song, "My Way." Regrets, I've had a few, to few to mention... I did it my way.

Hi Nina:
I really like the combination of market data, analysis and the overview of what makes Millbridge such a popular community. What a great resource for buyers.
Jeff Dowler, CRS thanks, Jeff... I've sold to people who contacted me because they felt I knew a lot about specific neighborhoods. And I don't think just doing numbers would have gotten that response.
Lise Howe hi Lise... yes. I have the basic template and I just update numbers and update whatever else needs an update outside of the numbers each month.
