If you haven't noticed, the prices have increased in almost all neighborhoods in Danbury,Ct over the last 3 years. They have also have increased the market in the condos within the Hayestown and Padanaram district of Danbury.  Located in the 06811 zip code, this area is north of city center close to the Candlewood Lake, the Danbury hospital, Hatter's Park with the famous Duckpin Bowling alley, the North St shopping center and more.   If you reside in this area or own a property for an investment it is a great time to considering selling.  Below you are see a chart of the average price sale in 2020 vs 2023. It is amazing to see the differences
