Mid year

By
Real Estate Agent with North Pointe Realty

Well here we are at mid year and things are looking a little slow still in our area. How are things in

your area of the county. The good news is what is selling is still selling within 95 percent of list

price, but more inventory and less sales. I am feeling as though things will pick up this fall

after the kids go back to school. I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thanks,

Sandy

Hi Sandy. Sales here seem to be holding steady with not much of a decline. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this trend continues.

Hi Sandy, Things are going nuts here, with most things selling for 10% or more above asking price.

Hi Sandy, Sales in the gorge are slow but are still happening. Here's an overview I recently compiled.

Well it is Mid Year, I wish I sold more Houses but all in all I am pretty happy with my production so far.  September is normally a Good Month so we will see.

Sales are slow in Atlanta, but things are picking up a little, the biggest problem I think is the difficulty in getting loans. Buyers are out there but can't get the finance.
