SPEECHLESS SUNDAY IN LA QUINTA... Quiet and peaceful for sure. That's just one of the reasons summers in La Quinta are the best! In the summer most residents are gone, there is very little traffic, and you can get into any restaurant that is open. Yes it's hot... but that is what pools are for!
Adapting is what makes for a pleasant day and if it's too hot outside find some shade or a pool as you say.

Hi Kathy- this reminds me of when we lived in Delray Beach. Yes, the summers were hot but the Snowbirds were up north so we could finally get into our restaurants.

Such a beautiful place! I certainly need to visit there someday. Through my timeshare there are many resorts available and affordable but I have always tried to stay closer to the beach when I go to California.
