Some stats show that the average cycle of home ownership is 7-10 years. Of course, people are not averages, but with 18 years of service in the real estate business, it's fair to say that I do have my share of repeat clients.
This particular transaction had some unusual twists and turns, and came during a particularly stressful time of life for my clients. We got to the closing table successfully because I was able to leverage experience and relationships to solve problems.
