In today’s challenging economic climate, it is more and more important than ever that we cultivate relationships with our prospects, customers, and resources. People do business with people they know, like, and trust AND who by their actions show that they are there to help. My to do list today includes thank you notes to clients (both buyers and sellers) as well as to the agents on the other side of the transaction. I regularly drop off a half dozen custom cupcakes to the local title firms.
