While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $831,000 in July of 2023, rose 5.0% from July of 2022 in Tujunga, California

Houses stayed 70.00 days in the market in July of 2023 up from 68.00 days in June of 2023, and increased from 60.00 days in July of 2022 Tujunga, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $677.00 in July of 2023 higher from $605.00 in June of 2023, and jumped 15.0% from $577.00 in July of 2022 in Tujunga, California.

John every time you post about Tujunga I keep saying no reason to move out of California, there are reasonably priced homes.... then I realize people are leavening because of taxes, politics and crime...Endre
