Mark, there are times I think about actions by me or others, and reflect on how things could have been different.

I'm going to need to contemplate those words for a bit.  Especially, that part about not letting the results of my action be my motivation.

I love this quote, Mark. I've often said when I trained agents that they should be focused on their daily actions... we can't control outcomes, we can only control actions. But do the right actions day in and day out and the outcomes will follow.

Hard work does not always produce the exact results we want, but if we put in the hard work, results will certainly follow!
