This is good information.    VA loans are great options for veterans and active duty military.   Is there a down payment for construction loans?

Hi Dinah, a VA construction loan typically doesn't require a down payment.  Many questions must be addressed first:  1. Does the Vet own land yet or trying to by land and close at the same time?
