Clouds and Temperature Drops - All Great for Touring Homes

We have been waiting for those clouds for a whole month. And they came, together with rain, and some spectacular temperature drops.

It was 116 Degrees Fahrenheit last week, and today we saw 76 Degrees Fahrenheit.

And to make all this even better, the mortgage lenders reported a slight drop in interest rates.

As for the great weather this weekend, it's not an opportunity to be missed.

Brian England , I toured last winter Story Rock models with a client who was looking for a new construction with a casita. Yes, we found several options there, all excellent ones and with great views, that builders were promising will be preserved. I would be curious to tour Story Rock again this year.

It's much cooler here in Sacramento too. I've certainly enjoyed the drop in temps. Yesterday, and this morning, our skies looked pretty dreary, but they are beginning to clear up now.
