Proposed FCRA Change

Matt Liistro on behalf of the American Association of Consumer Credit Professionals (AACCP) has petitioned the U.S Government to change the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). This change to the FCRA law would stop the furnisher suppression of consumer data and compel reporting in order to restore equality and fairness to the credit system.
