If you're in the Southern California area (I guess this doesn't matter much as they ship nationwide), you can get custom screen printing for shirts, sweats, pants, tote bags, boxes, etc. with Priority Screen Printing located in Corona, California.
Their pricing for Custom T-Shirts starts at $5.95 per shirt. They also do inexpensive custom plastic corrugated signs for as little as $4.95 each (real estate agents love these marketing tools for promotion, yard sales, and open houses).
