On September 7, 2023, Realtor.com reported that in Glendale, California median list price was $1,204,525 in August of 2023 lower from $1,249,000 in July of 2023, but up 1.0% from $1,198,000 in August of 2022. While, median sales price for a home and a condo was $1,200,000 in August of 2023, jumped 14.0% from August of 2022 in Glendale, California.

Houses stayed 38.00 days in the market in August of 2023 higher from 37.00 days in July of 2023, but decreased from 47.00 days in August of 2022 in Glendale, California.

The median listing price per square foot of a home and a condo was $657.00 in August of 2023 lower from $701.00 in July of 2023, and declined 2.0% from $671.00 in August of 2022 in Glendale, California.
