Word of Mouth Advertising is BEST! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

 

As my buyer client and I stepped into the vacant house that was first on the list to preview, we were met in the hallway by a handyman finishing up a few repairs. He apologized for being in the way and engaged us both in a conversation.

 

He admitted it was a property he purchased in the last market downturn at a very reasonable price. The owner further explained that he bought quite a few like the attached townhome and was getting them all ready to sell quickly. 

 

We wandered from room to room and my client wasn't really interested in this property, so we bid him farewell. The last thing he said to us, was that he had the best agent in the entire state of Utah. That comment gave me pause.

 

You can't buy that kind of loyalty anywhere or anyhow and word of mouth praise is absolutely the very best advertising a business person can ever receive from a client!

 

You might even say it's PRICELESS!

Wanda Kubat-Nerdin - Wanda Can!  indeed word of mouth is the best, I had one neighbor who gave me a phone number and indeed there was a listing and a sale shortly after it.... other times I could have spent thousands of dollars for post cards, and I would get a new listing:)Endre

Word of Mouth advertising is the only type of advertising that I appreciate, haha.  Advertisements and solicitations tend to lead me the opposite direction if they are not coming from someone that I already trust.

Yesterday I had a showing- and after viewing the property the buyers and I started walking. My next client appointment was a block from their home- and only about 18 blocks from where we were- so we walked and talked about the pro's and cons of the property. We had already walked a few blocks when I hear someone shouting my name down the street. I turn around, and it's clients that I had sold a co-op to earlier this year, while I have current clients by my side. My past closed clients proceeded to tell my newer clients how great and patient I was with them and how great a deal I got them. This isn't the first time I have had this happen to me- but it feels great when it does. You can't purchase this level of advertisement.
