Throwback Thursdays ~ Fun Facts ~ 9.21.2023

Thinking back to John F. Kennedy Jr's wedding, and then remembering what ultimately happened to them later on, is so sad!

I cannot imagine what people thought when Lewis and Clark returned with everything they saw on their adventure.

I think (if he chose to) JFK jr might have become President. What a tragedy.

Hi Dorie- it is sad to think of what JFK, Jr might have achieved had he lived. You know it took me a while to figure out how to make an emoticon. 

Dorie I did not realize the Air Force is only 5 years older than me.  ☺️

I hadn't realized that the Air Force wasn't created until 1947.  But, come to think of it, I had an older friend, who served in the Army Air Corp during WWII.

CONGRATULATIONS Dorie, on having this blog FEATURED in the Old Farts Club group!  

Being Old and being a history buff no surprises here for me the only think is I did not know JFK,Jr. wife's first name but had lunch in Boston when they were getting engaged in the same rooftop restaurant we were eating at:)Endre

Some of these I am familiar with but some of them I have not even heard about before this, haha.
