Rivers Bend offers a number of unit types to choose from, all of which boast two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a garage, and laundry facilities in the units. The A units are on the first floor, while the B units are on the second floor.
The B units have an additional amenity: a spacious loft that overlooks the living and dining areas. However, not every unit has this feature. While only a few units lack the loft, most of them do have it. The laundry room is typically situated downstairs, alongside the garage, unless the occupants have specifically moved it upstairs. Additionally, there are a variety of loft styles to choose from, all of which have vaulted ceilings.
The first-floor units have a lower level, but not all of them still include the large whirlpool tub that was originally built in. Most residents have opted to remove it. Some units have stairs inside that lead to the lower level, while others feature a winding circular staircase. Both models have laundry and HVAC units on the lower level.

During the winter, they ensure that the snow is plowed, driveways are cleared, and cars, steps, and sidewalks are shoveled. In the spring, they trim shrubs and lay down new mulch. During the summer, they mow and edge the lawns and do the same during fall for the leaves. As a result, the community is maintenance-free and always beautiful. Despite the absence of amenities like a pool and clubhouse, the fees remain low. For many, this is a positive.
