Constitution Week in Gaithersburg
In commemoration of the 236th anniversary of the drafting of the Constitution, the Mayor and City Council proclaimed September 17 through 23 as “Constitution Week.” Members of the Goshen Mills and Hungerford’s Tavern Chapters of the National Society Daughters American Revolution accepted this year’s proclamation during the September 5 Mayor and City Council meeting.

Good morning, Roy... sadly, much of our populace these days is woefully ignorant about the constitution and the history behind it. In the old days we learned this in civics class and no one teaches civics anymore it seems.
Roy, Once again, Montgomery County demonstrates leadership by addressing many different concerns, and this one probably many don't remember!
