Good morning, Wayne Martin that's a tough question since I would ask is anything affordable these days?  It really depends on what it is being compared to and Gilbert is certainly a lot more affordable than most cities in California, haha.

Downtown Gilbert is the place to be Kathy Streib and it is super crowded on weekend nights!
