Turning BPOs Into Six-Figure Incomes

Hi Todd! Thanks for reaching out.. Lots of people are turned off by the fact that bpo payments range from 40-125 dollars per bpo.. they think there is no money in it,, boy are they wrong!! lol 40x100 is 4k per month and 48k per year.. I personally do triple that amount. I teach agents how to efficiently and consistently do this also.

Regarding my business model, I've specialized in broker price opinions (BPOs) in real estate since the housing crisis of 2007. I've been fortunate enough to consistently make over $100,000 per year focusing solely on BPOs. Not to boast, but that's a lot of money down here in Virginia, especially considering it's close to the average two-income household earnings here in the Virginia Beach metro area.
