Errors When Writing Blog Posts on Active Rain

I have written to the support team here on Active Rain multiple times but have not received a response. 

Hopefully someone will see this as a blog post and can help.

When writing a blog post and inserting a link, the editor is only giving the option to insert a NO FOLLOW Link. There is no option for a DO FOLLOW link.

I have tried writing the post in multiple browsers and copied and pasted the content from a different editor. However, once the link is put into AR, it is changed to No Follow.

Can someone reply back with a fix for this please?

Eric, We have an ongoing issue with requests to Support not actually making it to Support.  Apologies for that inconvenience, it's on the radar for the Development Team.

As far as SEO efforts, it's an ongoing process to improve.  There have been many factors over the years that have impacted site SEO (multiple sales, more competition, etc.).

Some of us have been here for a very long time. Back then, Active Rain posts where getting ranked well in Google. Then at some point the ranking for Active Rain posts on google disappeared. So, we lost most our google exposure via active rain. Our blog posts then were really just reaching the AR community and not the general public. Many of us started our own websites to help make up for the loss in reach to consumers. Having the ability to continue to post on AR while also benefitting our own websites with a back link has been a good thing. I realize there are spammers, but many other platforms have ways to deal with that.

Meanwhile, I am glad to at least have an answer this time since my prior messages went unanswered.
