Total available listings decreased 3.7% for the week ending September 23, 2023, from the same period of time in September of 2022.

Time on the market unchanged 0 days for the week ending September 23, 2023,  from the same period of time in September of 2022.

Median listing prices gained 1.1% for the week ending September 23, 2023,  from the same period of time in September of 2022.

New listing in the market declined 7.5% for the week ending September 23, 2023, from the same period of time in September of 2022.
